Module 2 – Talking and Listening: The Critical Skill of Mirroring

Now that we’ve covered the foundational theories of our Safe Conversations methodology, it’s time to go deeper into the 4 key Safe Conversations practices which are: Structured Dialogue, Empathy, Zero Negativity and Affirmations.

We’ll begin this module with an introduction to the Structured Dialogue process which consists of three main steps.  Then, you’ll practice the first of these steps with your partner in a special dialogue exercise called “Mirroring an Appreciation”.
