Module 5 – Zero Negativity and Affirmations
We’ve learned that Safety is essential to thrive in our relationships. To create and maintain Safety, it’s important to develop Relational Competency.
You can increase your Relational Competency by practicing the 4 foundational practices of Safe Conversations. In previous modules, you learned the first two practices: Dialogue and Empathy. In this module we’ll talk about the remaining two: Zero Negativity and Affirmations. All these tools together will help you to keep the Space-Between Safe and make connection possible.
