Our Community

Our Safe Conversations Leaders are making an impact in local communities all around the world.

Sharing the Mission

What began as a social experiment has become a full-fledged entity organized for one purpose: to help bring about a relational culture in which relationship is the primary value, equality is universal, difference is celebrated, and all conversations are safe and collaborative.

Our founders, Harville Hendrix, Ph.D. and Helen LaKelly Hunt, PH.D., set forth a vision for the emergence of a new dialogue-based, relational civilization with the transformative power of the Safe Conversations Dialogue Methodology at its foundation. From their humble beginnings working with couples to training hundreds of leaders worldwide, they have grown a global movement to change the way people relate to one another.

The community of Safe Conversations leaders is a dedicated and dynamic group committed to fostering open, respectful, and constructive dialogue in various settings. Trained to prioritize psychological safety, mutual understanding, and empathy, they create environments where participants feel seen, heard, and valued. Through workshops and real-world applications, they empower effective communication and connection beyond differences, promoting inclusivity and respect. These leaders play a pivotal role in building cohesive and harmonious communities, workplaces, and organizations.
