Melissa Steffy serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Quantum Connections, leading the operations, marketing, and program management teams. An innovative and strategic leader, Melissa drives company growth through resourceful innovation and effective execution.

With a solid background in creative storytelling, analytical skills, and communication, Melissa has applied her leadership and expertise in marketing, sales enablement, and training primarily in the fintech and financial services industries. She thrives in collaborative environments, leading cross-functional teams to achieve increased growth and revenue in both new and existing markets.

Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from The Pennsylvania State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and Labrador Retriever. You can often find her traveling around the world or simply soaking up the sun at the beach.
