As Chief Technology Officer at Quantum Connections, Matt focuses on building and implementing scalable systems and digital strategies that strengthen how we deliver connection. Since joining, he’s led improvements across the infrastructure, social media, and learning platforms—while also refining processes for data hygiene and integration across our CRM and broader tech stack. Matt’s aim is always to bring efficiency, clarity, and a stronger foundation for growth, and he’s excited to keep expanding our reach by aligning technology with our humanity-driven mission.

With over a decade of experience in user experience design, research, and product development, Matt has led cross-functional initiatives at organizations including Pearson, FIS, Sabre, and First Command. His background spans human-centered design, agile methodologies, and digital transformation—always with a focus on practical innovation, usability, and measurable impact.

Outside of work, Matt lives in Georgia with his girlfriend, Emily, and their dog, Finley. He’s an avid audiophile who enjoys live concerts, discovering new foodie spots, and the occasional cold beer or margarita on a Friday afternoon. Coffee, collectibles, and great company keep his life both grounded and full of energy.
