Josue Pagan

As Director of Learning at Quantum Connections, Josue “Swae” Pagan leads the organization’s learning and development strategy in support of Quantum Connections’ mission of reconnecting humanity through dialogue. He partners closely with the leadership team to build the coaching, onboarding, and technology-enabled learning experiences that support the Safe Conversations methodology across workplace and faith-based communities, working to scale the organization’s reach and impact.

Josue earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lee University and spent eight years building a career in corporate Learning & Development, most recently as Vice President of Leadership Development & Enablement at a global financial institution. There, he specialized in instructional design, behavioral coaching program architecture, and large-scale onboarding systems, building programs such as Coach University, a coaching certification initiative that strengthened evaluation consistency by deepening leader-employee relationships. He also helped shape a broader leadership development initiative and supported an organization-wide rollout of large language model prompting workshops, helping employees adopt AI tools responsibly and effectively.

Outside of Quantum Connections, Josue prioritizes time with family and is an avid moviegoer. He has played the drums since he was four years old and continues to play regularly for his church service.
