James "Jamie" Griffeth, WMCP®

As Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Connections, Jamie makes sure the people, programs, and systems behind the organization work together to advance its mission: transforming relationships through dialogue. He partners closely with the executive leadership team on organizational operations, cross-functional alignment, and the initiatives that keep the company scalable, innovative, and built to last. Above all, Jamie is committed to protecting the integrity of the Safe Conversations® Dialogue Methodology as the organization grows its reach across workplaces, communities, and cultures worldwide.

Jamie brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, financial services, and organizational transformation. At JPMorgan Chase, he designed and launched the Leader Manager Development Program, which reached thousands of participants across multiple business lines and earned the Champions of Chase Award for measurable gains in leadership effectiveness and engagement. He’s also led turnaround initiatives at Thrivent Financial, managed large financial advisory teams, and built scalable learning systems using gamification and digital platforms. His expertise spans adult learning, curriculum design, performance measurement, and blending technology with human-centered leadership development.

Jamie holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science and Communications from Oklahoma State University, where he was active in Alpha Gamma Rho, Ag Communicators of Tomorrow, and student government. He went on to earn both an MBA and a Master’s in Christian Education from Dallas Baptist University. Outside of work, James is happiest with his wife and their poodle, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, or chasing the next adventure, whether that’s travel, the outdoors, or something adrenaline-fueled.
