Hannah Baxter

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Quantum Connections, Hannah supports executive operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational communication while helping ensure the seamless execution of key priorities. She works closely with the leadership team to coordinate day-to-day operations, manage key initiatives, and support Quantum Connections’ mission of creating more connected workplaces and communities.

Before joining Quantum Connections, Hannah built her career in dance education and arts leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Texas Tech University, where she began teaching and choreographing while completing her degree. She went on to lead dance programs throughout Texas, most recently coordinating a high school dance program serving multiple campuses, while also teaching at Ballet Lubbock. She developed curriculum, managed large-scale performances, mentored students, and collaborated with educators and administrators. Her background in the arts cultivated a passion for leadership, collaboration, project management, relationship- building, and creating environments where people can grow and thrive.

Outside of Quantum Connections, Hannah continues to teach dance at The Dallas Conservatory while continuing to take classes herself. She also enjoys going on walks, spending time with family and friends, and never misses an opportunity for a karaoke night.
