Sonja Arnold is a Life Coach, Safe Conversations® Principal Trainer, and co-founder of HeartLife Coaching DFW with her husband, Clay Arnold. With a background in education and more than 25 years of experience in personal growth and relational work, Sonja helps individuals, couples, families, and leaders create conversations where people feel seen, heard, and valued. For the past 11 years, she has facilitated Safe Conversations trainings, bringing warmth, clarity, and practical teaching skills to each cohort. Her passion is helping people grow in confidence so they can carry these skills into their families, workplaces, churches, and communities. Sonja and Clay live in Arlington, Texas, have been married for 46 years, and have four adult children and a rescue black lab named Chewy. She loves anything out in nature - swimming, hiking, 4-wheeling and fun times with her 5 Grands.
