You have spent 11 weeks building something: a set of skills, a language, a practice, and a community of people who are doing the same work alongside you. Next week is the final session, celebration, story sharing, and next steps.

Before that last class, this discussion is your chance to step back and take stock. The videos you watched before Session 11 (B8: Using Safe Conversations With People Who Don’t Know It and B11: The Goal: Relational Competency) point toward the world you are about to carry this into. This question asks you to reflect on the full arc of the journey.

    This Week’s Questions

Looking back across these 12 weeks, what has genuinely shifted in you, not just in what you know about Safe Conversations, but in how you actually show up in conversations in your daily life.

    • Where have you already put this to work, even informally, even imperfectly?
    • Looking forward, what is the thing you most want to do with what you have learned here?
    • What does this work make possible for you that was not possible before?

    How to Participate

Post your response by end of day Friday.

Then come back Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and respond to at least 2 to 3 of your cohort members. Read what they shared and engage with it genuinely. You might affirm something that resonated, share where your experience was similar or different, or ask a follow-up question that invites them to go deeper. The goal is real dialogue, not just acknowledgment.
