Before this session you watched B10: Safe Conversations in Groups, which is a different kind of facilitation challenge than the one-on-one dialogue work you have been building for weeks. Holding the container for a group means managing more voices, more dynamics, and more opportunities for the conversation to drift outside the SC structure.

You practiced group facilitation in breakout groups this week, taking turns in the facilitator role with 4 to 6 people in the circle. That practice raised questions and insights that the pre-work video alone could not have surfaced.

    This Week’s Questions

    • What is the hardest part of facilitating a group dialogue compared to a one-on-one guided dialogue?
    • When you were the facilitator this week, what moments came up where you had to make a decision, and what did you do?
    • If you could go back and do that facilitation moment differently, what would you change?

    How to Participate

Post your response by end of day Friday.

Then come back Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and respond to at least 2 to 3 of your cohort members. Read what they shared and engage with it genuinely. You might affirm something that resonated, share where your experience was similar or different, or ask a follow-up question that invites them to go deeper. The goal is real dialogue, not just acknowledgment.
