MemberHi
This is the email that I sent Clay and Sonja right after our Tuesday afternoon cohort asking that they send out the Feeling and Body Sensation Chart to those in attendance at the meeting.
Therefore, since there are those who did not receive it, please reach out to them or send me your email and I am happy to send it out to you. I am not finding how to post a pdf file on this site.
Our personal email is forbes14901@gmail.com.
Happy to share this beloved resource,
Penney and ScottHi,
Here is the Feeling and Body Sensation Chart that Scott and I use all of the time. Over the years, this has been very helpful to challenge us to go deeper and not fall into a pattern of referencing the same feelings over and over.
As well, this chart is very helpful for journaling, reflecting, and pondering the stirrings that occurred during and after a dialogue.
We give this to our clients and we also have it on the coffee table and in the drawer next to the bed for ready access when we dialogue.
Through this chart, we have tuned into things about ourselves and dynamics in our relationship that we do not believe that we would have otherwise discovered as readily had we not had a broader “palette of feelings and body sensations” to draw from.
I have not found another chart that is one page and includes both feelings and body sensations on the same page.
Clay and Sonja, as you can see I have sent this to the people at the training today that we have been in contact with thus far in Safe Conversations.
Would you be so kind to send it to the others in the group?
Thank you!
Blessings,
Penney and Scott
