Reply To: Dialogue process
So my question is, have any SC practitioners has success encouraging people to go a bit deeper with what it reminds them of? I know it takes discernment, and isn’t the right thing to do if it’s a work setting where people just might not be comfortable. But if it’s just me and a couple who wants to really see growth, what I have done is encourage the person to think specifically of what the FEELINGS (which they just shared in the previous step of the dialogue) remind them of!
Does anyone else do this? Or is there another way to guide someone who can’t think of what it reminds them of?
