That makes sense and I agree that when you challenge yourself to really think specifically about what it reminds you of, you can go deeper and get more out of it.
As a dialogue partner or a facilitator, I wonder how to encourage people to go deeper with that. I’ve dialogued with people who’ve said that it really doesn’t remind them of anything from the past (as if that section of the dialogue just doesn’t apply) but if we are willing I think that there’s often something.
