Happy 2022 Everyone,
December brings a busy schedule for me vocationally with many things happening at church. Please forgive me for being offline these last weeks. Earlier this week, I had a conversation with our son regarding his thoughts on job and career choices. The more we talked the more he shared of some challenges in his previous job. We were able to talk deeper in the conversation and I was able to mirror and validate his sentiments. There was a good feeling of dialogue. There was sense of being heard between us. I am continuing to grow in better understanding of the training. Have a wonderful weekend all!
