Hi all,

So glad Amber and the tech team helped fix my issues and I can get on the forum!
My father-in-law passed away immediately prior to the holidays…so we honored the holiday and then his life the following week. As you can imagine, there were so many emotions and opinions and grief responses, and using the dialogue was really wonderful. Using mirroring and validation along with empathy, I really felt the opportunity to sit in the situation and just connect. I’m so grateful for this training and skill.
