James Griffeth, WMCP®

As Chief Learning Officer and Director of the Dialogue Training Institute (DTI) at Quantum Connections, James leads the design, development, and implementation of scalable learning experiences that carry the Safe Conversations^® Dialogue Methodology into workplaces, communities, and cultures around the globe. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure fidelity of content while adapting programs for diverse contexts, leveraging technology and innovation to deliver dialogue at scale.

James brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development, financial services, and organizational transformation. At JPMorgan Chase, he designed and launched the Leader Manager Development Program (LMDP), which reached thousands of participants across multiple business lines and earned the Champions of Chase Award for measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and engagement . He has also driven turnaround initiatives at Thrivent Financial, led large financial advisory teams, and built scalable learning systems using gamification and digital platforms. His expertise spans adult learning, curriculum design, performance measurement, and integrating technology with human-centered leadership development.

James holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science and Communications from Oklahoma State University, where he was active in Alpha Gamma Rho, Ag Communicators of Tomorrow, and student government. He also earned both an MBA and a Master’s in Christian Education from Dallas Baptist University. Outside of work, James treasures life with his wife and their poodle, and he’s an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan—always ready for a dose of adventure, whether it’s travel, the outdoors, or adrenaline-fueled experiences.
