As the Founder of Neuro-Inclusion, Inc. and The Common Ground Consortium 501(c)(3), she has been instrumental in facilitating meaningful dialogue and cultivating inclusive leadership.

Kyle is an active community leader, serving on the City of Irving Arts and Culture Board of Directors and championing initiatives that celebrate diverse voices.
